Due to the unique and delicate nature of vintage and pre-owned designer pieces, all Vaela Curated sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind.

Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.

Vintage & Pre-Owned Items

Vintage pieces have lived a life before reaching you, and their age, history and natural signs of wear are part of what makes each item unique. By purchasing from Vaela Curated, you acknowledge and accept the following:

Natural Wear & Patina
Minor signs of age and previous use—including light scuffing, fading, creasing, scratches, tarnishing or patina—are expected with vintage and pre-owned items and are not considered defects.

Age & Storage-Related Odors
Due to their age, materials and previous storage conditions, some vintage items may carry a mild scent, including musty, cedar, leather or other storage-related odors. These are considered a natural characteristic of vintage goods rather than a defect. While some scents may lessen with airing, cleaning or continued use, we cannot guarantee their removal.

Minor Undisclosed Imperfections
Each piece is carefully inspected and photographed before listing. However, due to the nature of vintage goods, minor imperfections or signs of wear may occasionally be present that are not individually noted or visible in photographs.

No Expectation of Perfection
Vintage and pre-owned items are not sold as new or flawless. Each item is sold in its existing condition as represented through its product description and imagery. Natural signs of age and use consistent with the stated condition are not considered defects.

Sizing & Measurements

Please carefully review all measurements and sizing information before placing your order, particularly when purchasing vintage footwear or clothing.

Vintage sizing can differ from modern sizing standards, and Vaela Curated cannot accept returns due to fit or sizing.

If you require additional measurements, photographs or information about an item, please contact us before purchasing. We are always happy to provide additional details wherever possible.

High value purchase review

To help ensure a secure experience for both our clients and Vaela Curated, select high-value purchases may require an additional review before fulfillment.

In some cases, we may request further order confirmation, identity verification, or an alternative form of payment such as bank transfer or wire transfer.

These measures are part of our approach to protecting luxury purchases and maintaining the integrity of each transaction.

Vaela Curated reserves the right to pause, decline, or cancel an order if the requested verification or payment requirements cannot be completed.

Final Sale

Except where otherwise required by applicable law:

All purchases are final sale.

We do not offer returns, exchanges, store credit or refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Fit or sizing

• Colour variations

• Previously disclosed vintage wear or imperfections

• Purchasing the wrong item

• Items that no longer suit the customer's preferences
