Due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of vintage designer handbags, all sales are final.

At Vaela, each piece is carefully curated, thoroughly inspected, and its condition is accurately described and photographed prior to listing. As these items are pre-loved and often carry signs of a previous life, we encourage clients to review all photos, measurements, and product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds for reasons including, but not limited to, change of mind, fit, wear expectations, or minor signs of age consistent with vintage items.

If you have any questions regarding a piece prior to purchase, we are always happy to provide additional photos or information to ensure you feel confident in your decision.

Please note that this policy does not affect our Authenticity Guarantee. In the unlikely event that an item purchased from Vaela is proven to be inauthentic, we will work with you to resolve the matter in accordance with our Authenticity Guarantee.
